Star's Glam is a mobile spa that brings luxurious spa services right to your doorstep. We specialize in a variety of lavish party packages and VIP services for ages 4-16. All of our birthday packages are set to fit your needs, at Star Glam we love to celebrate beauty inside and out and confidence in all of our little divas while creating everlasting memories. Keep in mind we provide the party set up and we clean the mess all up.

Policy & Procedures
PAYMENT:
A $50 deposit is required upon booking for spa parties payable in cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express Cards to secure your event. The remaining balance is due the day of the party, upon Star's Glam arrival at the specified party location. For Individual services, a deposit is not required payment must be paid in full upon booking..
(Please note it will be $55 for extra attendees)
Once we have received your deposit, you will receive an email/text confirmation with the attached waiver form. Our "Policies and Procedures acknowledge form" MUST be signed for your event to be held.

CANCELLATION:
Please be advised the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you need to reschedule your event, we require 48 hours notice. The $50 deposit should only be made after completing the appointment to secure your spot.

***Please Note: Unexpected extra Spa and Beauty Kids spa party Kids party planner will be billed at $75 if not notified by us within 48Hrs Please contact us two days in advance if you would like to make any changes to your package.
RSVP LIST
In order to better serve you, we require an estimated RSVP headcount of all the Divas that will be attending the event 4 days prior to the event. If a child does not show up on the day of the event there's no adjustment that will be made we can not bring down the price the remainder balance must be paid in full.

SET UP TIME:
Set up time is 30 min Prior to the start time.

GRATUITY:
All Package and services are exclusive of gratuity. If you would like to add on a tip, that would be greatly appreciated!

SUPERVISION:
Star's Glam Highly recommend that there is one adult available at the time of service.
